Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at wegiftusa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Note that items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues such as defects, damages, or wrong items received. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
