Once your order is placed, please send us your picture and/or text by directly messaging us through our shop or to our email wegiftusa@gmail.com, please include your order number. Depending on the shape and the picture sent, pictures may have to be cropped to fit. We can also send a mock-up of the design before printing upon request.

We encourage you to please take a minute to find the best photo because the quality of your keychain is the result of the quality of the photo you provide. We want you to have the best final product possible and send it to you as quickly as possible so when sending us your photo please make sure and note:

1. Your image is clear.
2. It was taken in a well-lighted area and it looks bright.
3. There is enough background space to allow fitting.
4. We will not make any editing or modifications to the image we receive other than fit it to the chosen keychain shape.

Our processing time is 3-5 days and we ship via USPS using First Class Mail (2-6 days approx.), please plan your purchase according to these times as we do not have control of the exact delivery time once we ship them.
